We understand the investment you have made by purchasing bespoke orthotics (orthoses) and as such also understand that
you want to maximise their life span.
Unlike some orthotic practices our clinicans make the repairs
not a technician which means your orthotics are repaired by State registered professionals.
The advantage
of this is that we can give you clinical advice on adjustments that you may require to optimise your effectiveness of your
orthotics.
|
Step 1
Assessing orthotics for repair
When we receive your orthotics we check the current state
taking a note of the materials that have been used in the construction of your orthotics. We also check the
orthotic repair form to check which options you have decided on for your repair.
(This is sent to you following paying for your required repair option along with your freepost bag for your orthotics)

Step 2
Stripping down of current orthotics
The orthotics are stripped of their original foams coverings and wedging.
This is done to ensure all of the old adhesives are removed and that there is a uniform surface to bond the new
materials to. Any residue compromises the robustness and finish of the repaired orthotics.

Step 3
Finishing of orthotics
The orthotics have new covers, padding and posting (wedging) re-fitted to restore the orthotics
to be like new!!
Your orthotics are then posted back you by recorded delivery
